아트퍼니처 I은 가구의 평면도와 측면도에서 도출된 구조적 선들을 조형적으로 탐구한 작품이다. 작가는 반복적인 설계 실 험과 시뮬레이션을 통해 도출된 형태 가운데 가장 균형 잡힌 조형적 해답을 선택하고 이를 하나의 시각적 구조로 정제한다. 절제된 선과 면은 정교한 비례 속에서 안정된 질서를 형성하며, 기능적 설계 언어는 미니멀한 조형 언어로 전환된다. 이러 한 구성은 구조와 형태가 이루는 균형을 통해 가구 디자인이 지닌 조형적 가능성을 새롭게 드러낸다.
